Yesterday was the Bushnell Fall Festival. The parade started at 9:30am, with all day events following, and ending with fireworks at 9pm. It was quite a day! Kylie enjoyed the parade alot, and even did good with the loud noises. Loved seeing the animals, including a PINK pony! Go figure, ONLY in Sumter county! HA! She liked the elephants and even 'roared' like a lion at them... unsure about her at times! She ate 3 hot dogs and a bag of chips, and lots of water. No candy was given, but I'm sure she would have ate it all up. She liked the airplane up above that had the skydivers in it! She also enjoyed watching Reagan and Lindsey play in the jump things. I think watching Alan ride the elephant with the girls was the highlight of our day! HAHA! We didn't get to stay to watch the infamous 'greased pig' contest since Kylie was getting hot and tired, but we heard all about it. We ended the night watching fireworks, but Kylie was in bed by that time, with her mimi babysitting. Afterwards, Jared and I went to a friends party, but we were ready to come home shortly after arriving... man, we are old folks! Here are the pics from our 'sumter county day', which as you can tell isn't quite your 'normal' fall festivities that include pumpkins, apples, crafts and the like.... hehe!
